A Phase III ESA, also known as Remediation Investigation/Feasibility Studies, are a necessary step in the environmental remediation process of environmental contaminants from a property.
During a Phase II ESA, intrusive testing is performed on a property to determine if environmental contaminants are present
on a property. If no contaminants are found, a Phase III ESA is not necessary.
